  Passing through Davis, looked up restaurants in the area and Smokin' Joes by far had the best reviews so we pulled into a full parking lot and a line outside the door. We figured people don't wait in lines like that for any old BBQ. And boy it was definitely worth the wait!! We shared the 2 meat combo dinner with sliced brisket and pulled pork with slaw and potato salad on the side. Meat was tender, moist, and full of flavor. Awesome potato salad and their BBQ sauce is the perfect combination of sweet and spicy. Staff was friendly and attentive. Don't know when we'll be back through Davis but I'd be tempted just to make a trip for this place.

  Great barbecue! The meat was on par with the best we have in Dallas. Large portions for the price. The potato salad looked strange but was very tasty. Good fried okra and battered French fries. The pulled pork sandwich was huge! Good tea. Will definitely go again on our next camping trip to OK.
